The Hearthstone Foundation is a local, Seattle-area non-profit organization created to provide financial support for care costs to senior residents who have exhausted their financial resources. We see success through a different lens than for-profit entities. While financial strength and security matter, once basic commitments are met, we believe there are other values worth elevating, such as happiness, financial security and peace of mind.

- The Resident Assistance Program’s restricted fund exclusively provides assistance to resident members of the care continuum who have outlived their financial resources, ensuring they will always have a home.
- Capital Projects are funded to support the modernization of the historic community’s buildings, infrastructure and grounds.
- Greatest Need Fund allows the Foundation’s Board to use discretion in determining how these funds could best impact the greatest need of The Hearthstone community and its residents at any given time.
