Cove Bistro at Your Service

A true marker of return to normalcy, the brand-new Bistro in Cove East is finally open for business. As dining services became a room service organization overnight in early 2020, the plan to open the Bistro, nearly three years in the making, was finally realized in late 2022. Very much like a deli or coffee shop, The Bistro stocks grab-and-go options, breakfast sandwiches, salads, sandwiches, panini, soups, beverages and snacks. The offerings keep growing and residents and staff alike are enjoying the very popular recent addition of an espresso machine. Residents may use their meal credits in the Bistro, which operates Monday-Friday from 8am to 3pm.
